Particular attention has been paid to create a warm and confortable atmosphere with a strong accent on Italian elegance. The hotel was originally built in 1968, but was completely remodeled just a few years ago. It is situated in the center of the city in a quiet and tranquil environment.The owners of the hotel, the Fabbrini brothers, are the original owners and come from a long tradition of Italian cuisine.There are 127 rooms and 5 suites , all sounproof and air conditioned, are confortable in every way. The rooms have been decorated luxuriously with the right touch of elegance to provide an atmosphere of refined hospitality.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children are welcome. One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 4 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in a baby cot. One child from 4 to 6 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One child from 6 to 12 years is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
The hotel boasts 125 well-equipped and tastefully decorated rooms and 5 junior suites to provide guests with a refined yet relaxing atmosphere.
The restaurant offers traditional Tuscan dishes as well as national and international cuisine.

Hotel Minerva is easy and convenient to reach, either by car or by train. We are located 5 km from the Autostrada A1 'Arezzo' exit. It is 1 km from the central train station.The Hotel is in an ideal position to reach the convention center and local pavillion. By foot one can walk easily to the renaissance historical center,the world famous antique fair, as well as all the monuments, museums, shops and restaurants.
